1. Does Panini Kabob Grill cater? How do I place a Panini Kabob Grill Catering order?


Absolutely, we cater! Our catering menu is available from all of our restaurant locations. You can order online anytime at paninikabobgrillcatering.olo.com.

Alternatively, you can call your nearest PKG location. And lastly, you can contact our dedicated Catering Department at 949-788-1620 or email [email protected]. We are always happy to answer questions you might have about your event.

2. I want Panini Kabob Grill catered for my event and a complete line with servers. Is this something PKG can do?

Unfortunately, we cannot send a team of servers or offer full-service catering at this time. However, our catering options are prepared fresh upon order and come ready to serve, as well as super easy to set up so that your loved ones can enjoy the meal without too much hassle.

3. Do you deliver catering orders?


Yes, we do! All PKG restaurant locations offer delivery.

4. What is the order minimum and fee for delivery?


If ordering directly through our website, the minimum order amount is $69.99 (before tax and delivery fee) and it can be delivered with a fee of 10% of the order subtotal. Any orders below $69.99 (before tax and delivery fee) will have a fixed delivery fee of $6.99.

In addition to our website, we are also available on 3rd parties such as EZCater and DoorDash catering.

5. What if delivery isn’t available to my address?


If our website informs you that delivery is unavailable to your address, please get in touch with us directly at [email protected] to inquire if delivery is available. Please include the delivery address and order details for the quickest assistance. Our website only recognizes addresses in our immediate delivery area, but delivery may sometimes be available to locations outside our immediate area (depending on factors such as driver availability), although fees may vary the further the delivery from the restaurant location.

Alternatively, we are also on EZCater and Doordash Catering, which may also deliver further as they have a wider range of delivery drivers nationwide.

6. How do I add special requests or delivery instructions to an online catering order?


We encourage you to either call the PKG location your food will come from (their phone number will be on your order confirmation email), contact our Catering Department directly at 949-788-1620, or contact our Catering Department directly by emailing [email protected].

We strive to honor all possible requests but cannot guarantee every request may be honored. We encourage you to contact us so that we are aware of any requests or delivery instructions.

7. How do I make a change to an existing order?


If you need to change anything about your existing order, we encourage you to call whomever you placed the order with. If you placed the order online or over the phone directly with the restaurant, then please call them to review any changes. If you placed the order directly with our Catering Department, then please contact them to request any changes.

8. Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies?


Yes, absolutely! At Panini Kabob Grill, we strive to accommodate various dietary preferences and healthy eating styles. However, it is important to note that while we take every possible measure to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that it will never occur in our kitchen.

Rest assured; our menu is highly diverse and customizable. When placing an order online, you can easily choose your customizations. For instance, you can request the removal of cheese from a salad or panini sandwich to fit your dietary needs. If ordering with our Catering Department, again, we can assist you with customizations as well.

We provide a Nutritional Guide on our website to make ordering even more convenient. This guide allows you to filter our menu items based on your eating style, whether you prefer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or other options. It also provides instructions on how to order according to your preferences.

9. How far in advance should I place my catering order?


We encourage you to place your catering order as soon as you’re ready! As we prepare our food from scratch daily with fresh ingredients, the earlier you submit your order, the better to ensure we are ready to accommodate your order. Whether you’re planning months in advance or have a spontaneous last-minute event, we offer flexible order options to meet your needs.

10. Where can I request a copy of my receipt?


We encourage you to create an online account in which you can access all past receipts. If you do not have an account, please get in touch with us anytime at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you.

11. What is your cancellation policy?


No problem! We understand if plans change and things happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may take care of the cancellation.

12. What are acceptable forms of payment?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover when paying online or in-store. Please note that online orders are all prepaid.

13. Can I pay in advance for a catering order?


Absolutely and in fact, pre-payment is required for all catering orders.

14. Do you accept checks for catering orders?


To clarify our payment options, prepayment with a credit card is required for all online orders. For in-store orders, we accept payment with either cash or credit card.

As for check payments, we understand this may be a preferred method for some customers. While we do not have a standardized system for accepting checks, we are willing to handle each case individually. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Catering Department at 949-788-1620 or [email protected] to discuss your payment preferences and explore the available options. We are here to work with you and ensure a seamless catering experience.

15. Can I set up a House Account, PO Number, or be invoiced for catering orders?


Please note that at this time, we handle each case individually as we do not have a standardized system in place. For further information, don’t hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected] or 949-788-1620.

16. Why didn’t I receive racks and fuel to set up my catering order?


Unfortunately, we do not include chafing racks nor sternos fuel with catering orders at this time. We strictly provide utensils only (referring to serving utensils, regular utensils, plates, and napkins).

However, chafing racks and sternos are easily accessible at any local grocery store, such as Smart and Final.

17. Is it possible to add gratuity to my order?


Although gratuity is never required, it is always sincerely appreciated by the PKG team! Gratuity may be placed anytime when ordering online or whenever you pick up and pay in person.

18. Do I need to supply my own plates, forks, and napkins when I order catering?


Not at all! When ordering online, please ensure that when checking out, you click on the “Add Utensils” button so that our staff may include utensils with your orders. This includes plates, napkins, serving utensils, and regular utensils.

If you are picking up your order, feel free to request utensils from our staff anytime if you do not see any in your catering bag(s) upon pickup.

19. Who do I contact for questions regarding my catering order?

Recently, you might have been shocked to hear that the My PKG Rewards Program will end officially on May 15th, 2023. At PKG, we want to take this opportunity to share several important updates with you regarding this decision:

Thank you for being a part of My PKG Rewards. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the My PKG Rewards Program. We understand that our Rewards Program has been an excellent way to express our gratitude to loyal guests like you. However, unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to end the program, effective May 15th, 2023 (midnight PST). 

As you know, we (and the rest of the restaurant industry) have been facing challenging times due to increased costs from our vendors and services. Our commitment since day one has always been to keep prices affordable for our guests without sacrificing the quality of our food or portion size. We have been exploring different options to keep our menu affordable but refuse to cut corners when using healthy ingredients like ABF proteins or preparing our dishes to order from scratch daily. The tough choices we have come to then are either removing the Rewards Program or increasing menu prices. We recently surveyed guests to see what they preferred, and the majority chose the former option. 

Therefore, we will end the Rewards Program effective May 15th, 2023, at midnight PST. You can still earn points and rewards until this date. And, of course, we will honor all rewards earned before May 15th, 2023, until it expires. For example, you earned a reward on April 29th, which expires in October. In that case, we will honor that, so you have plenty of time to come in before the expiration date without rushing.

We understand that this news may be disappointing, but we made this decision based on our guests’ valuable feedback and always want to be transparent about our changes and why.
