4th of July is almost here and PKG is ready to celebrate with you! First, we are not just your typical restaurant chain. Firstly, we’re a true scratch kitchen dedicated to serving the freshest and most delicious Mediterranean cuisine. In other words, we prepare our menu items from scratch right here in our kitchens. For example, our dedicated staff meticulously prepares each ingredient and follows recipes we’ve created and improved over the years. Furthermore, we take pride in marinating our meats to perfection, grilling them upon order, and cutting vegetables with precision for our dishes daily. Even, our dressings, tzatziki, and hummuses are made daily to ensure optimal flavor and quality. However, our specialty above all is our signature PKG kabobs, made with quality, antibiotic/hormone-free proteins (chicken, beef koobideh, flat iron steak, to name a few) grilled to perfection over an open flame.

- Catering options: No matter what type of happy 4th of July celebration you’re hosting, PKG has you covered with catering options perfect for any party or gathering. From a casual backyard gathering to a full-blown holiday extravaganza, our fresh and delicious Mediterranean dishes will be the hit of your event.
- Extended brunch hours: As a result of this long weekend, we decided to serve brunch until 3 pm. To clarify, brunch will be served until 3 pm not only all weekend long, but including July 2-4. Furthermore, our brunch menu features a variety of delectable classics, from savory omelets to sweet French Toast sure to satisfy any appetite. As a note, brunch is only available at our Bakersfield, Corona Del Mar and Irvine Park Place locations. However, Bakersfield will only serve brunch until 2 pm from Friday through Sunday; not including July 2-4.
- Regular restaurant hours: Can’t get enough of our kabob entrees? All PKG locations are open during regular hours on the 4th of July so you can indulge in fresh and flavorful food anytime. However, the exception is PKG Bakersfield, which will close at 6 PM on the 4th of July. All other PKG restaurants open on the 4th of July during regular hours of operation, though.

Hence, that is why we decided to not only serve brunch (at Corona Del Mar and Irvine Park Place) until 3 pm on the weekends, but also from July 2nd to 4th.
Our brunch menu, like the rest of our menu, is prepared fresh from scratch upon order. Well, fear not! PKG is excited to announce that we will be open regular hours during the 4th of July. However, the only exception is our Bakersfield location, which will close at 6 pm on the 4th of July.
