Thank you for being a part of My PKG Rewards. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the My PKG Rewards Program. We understand that our Rewards Program has been an excellent way to express our gratitude to loyal guests like you. However, unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to end the program, effective May 15th, 2023 (midnight PST).
As you know, we (and the rest of the restaurant industry) have been facing challenging times due to increased costs from our vendors and services. Our commitment since day one has always been to keep prices affordable for our guests without sacrificing the quality of our food or portion size. We have been exploring different options to keep our menu affordable but refuse to cut corners when using healthy ingredients like ABF proteins or preparing our dishes to order from scratch daily. The tough choices we have come to then are either removing the Rewards Program or increasing menu prices. We recently surveyed guests to see what they preferred, and the majority chose the former option.
Therefore, we will end the Rewards Program effective May 15th, 2023, at midnight PST. You can still earn points and rewards until this date. And, of course, we will honor all rewards earned before May 15th, 2023, until it expires. For example, you earned a reward on April 29th, which expires in October. In that case, we will honor that, so you have plenty of time to come in before the expiration date without rushing.
We understand that this news may be disappointing, but we made this decision based on our guests’ valuable feedback and always want to be transparent about our changes and why.
Thank you again for being a loyal member of My PKG Rewards. We appreciate your support and hope that you understand the difficult decision we had to make. We will continue to work very hard to provide you with the same quality food and service that you have come to expect from us.
At PKG, we care about every guest, so if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at [email protected]. We appreciate your continued support!
To emphasize teacher appreciation in the community, our team at Panini Kabob Grill decided to run one of our biggest giveaways. However, we decided that one week simply was not enough to celebrate our hard-working teachers fully. As a result, we wanted to give away $500 gift cards to 3 teachers per PKG restaurant for a total of 51 lucky winners!
The results are in…
With back-to-school season rolling in, what better time to announce the winners of our popular giveaway than now? Without further ado, we are excited to confirm that the winners have finally been selected! In other words, we encourage you to keep reading to find out if YOU or the teacher YOU nominated won! Firstly, we’ve broken the winners up by region for your convenience. For example, San Diego, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, etc. Secondly, under each section, you will find a list of all winners in addition to a photo gallery. The photo gallery contains information on who the teachers are and why their nominees felt they deserved to win. In conclusion, it is easy to find your favorite teacher and read their nomination(s) below!
But wait, there’s more!
First and foremost, we truly appreciate the support and participation you have shown us during this giveaway. It would not be possible without your efforts! As we read the countless nominations received, we realized that every teacher genuinely deserves a bit of teacher appreciation. Hence, we decided to reward all runner-up teachers (250 total) with a $50 gift card! That is to say, any teacher not receiving a $500 gift card will receive a $50 gift card. Congratulations from PKG to all the teachers who won!

Teachers deserve more than one week of appreciation.
Teachers Appreciation Week is usually celebrated from May 2nd until May 6th. However, at Panini Kabob Grill (PKG), we believe one week is not enough to celebrate our teachers and their selfless dedication to their students.
So, last year, we decided to hold one of our biggest Teacher Appreciation giveaways yet: $500 gift cards to teachers located in the communities we serve!
At Panini Kabob Grill, we strongly believe in giving back to our community. So, instead of holding a giveaway for one week, we extended this to the entire month of May. Teachers deserve a whole Teacher Appreciation Month, not just one week!
This year, we are back with the SAME $500 gift card giveaway during the month of May!
We want YOU to nominate a teacher deserving of a $500 gift card to our restaurants. Certainly, this is your opportunity to give thanks and show you care by nominating your favorite teacher for a chance to win a $500 gift card. We want to hear how these teachers positively impacted your life, your school, or your student’s life. We will award THREE winners per each Panini Kabob Grill (PKG) restaurant location like last year. For further clarification, this includes three teachers in Irvine, three teachers in Mission Valley, three teachers in Century City, and so forth and so on*. The giveaway ends on May 31st, 2022.
